My name is Sandra and I love to make pastries. I remember making some meat pies for my friends and since then, it’s been request after request from them. Whenever we meet it’s all about pies and memories! For me, baking pastries gives me that feeling and moments I enjoyed back at home. I have therefore decided to share this delicious Ghana made pies with the rest of the folks on the Island. My friends do not have to enjoy my Mama’s impeccable recipe alone.

Baking pastries remains a passion to me. I developed the interest and skills in baking growing up in a family where pastries form an important part of the meal, especially breakfast and lunch. Indeed, I miss the family baking moments here on PEI. I know they miss me as well as I arguably became the family’s best baker!
