Chef Lars MacDonald

My name Is Chef Lars MacDonald, I have worked in kitchens since the age of 13 and for the last few years of my life I have been travelling Canada to learn from a number of different chefs working in new and interesting restaurants.

I have a strong passion for all types of international cuisine and have decided to showcase some of my favourite foods under my greek theme that I will bring to you.

It includes very tasteful and aromatic flavours brought to you on filling and very colourful plates featuring beautiful locally sourced fresh ingredients. All my plates are made to represent the strong passion I have for making good food and making good people happy.
