My name is Amine Abdel and I'm originally from Marrakesh, Morocco.
I went to Culinary school and worked in different cuisines around the world. My entire working life has been around food working as chefs. I decided to join Tenchefs because I think this is a good opportunity to introduce authentic Moroccan Cuisine to Islanders.
