Sushil is a professional chef with years of experience in cooking a variety of cuisines ranging from Thai, Mexican, Italian, to his home style cooking in Nepal and India.
His career started in 2009 when he had the opportunity to conduct traineeships at the The Good Neighbour Club and Milagro Mexicano in Toronto. He quickly worked his way up through these prestigious establishments, notably with Chef Victor De Guzman at the Rosedale Golf Club, where he picked up specialist cooking knowledge and techniques. Sushil holds a Culinary diploma from George Brown College as well as an Attestation of Vocational Specialization (ASP) in pastry.
